Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Service provider

2. Services
Individual systemic reading conducted exclusively via video call, lasting approximately 1 hour. It is a mirror-effect reading accompaniment. The service is not a medical, therapeutic, legal or financial act and does not replace the advice of a qualified professional in these fields.
3. Fees and invoicing
Fee: €250 excl. VAT per session of approximately 1 hour. An invoice is issued by EOLE M&C SRL with VAT applied in accordance with applicable legislation.
4. Booking and payment
Booking is confirmed by email exchange. Payment is made by bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Any session may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed time. Beyond this deadline, the session remains due, except in cases of force majeure.
6. Confidentiality
The content of exchanges is strictly confidential. No identifying information is shared with a third party without the explicit consent of the beneficiary.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
