I’ve lived an entrepreneur’s dream. In 2007, after a career in Corporate Finance, I took over my company, Sequoia Bio & Natural Market, Belgium, and scaled it from 5 million to 30 million € over 14 years.

I found that in a male-dominated corporate and finance world, women are often overlooked by the key things that actually grow their businesses. In fact, it’s proven that women outperform men in leadership roles.. and I’ve lived it!
